Introduction

Hello to all! I am a current School Nurse who started out as a New Graduate Nurse. I have currently been a School Nurse for one year now and I wanted to start this blog to share the information I come across as I'm learning to become a better School Nurse. Unlike in a Hospital setting, a School Nurse may be the only health professional in their School or District and they may have little to no support. I had a little support starting out, but in my new position I am a lot more independent and there isn't much for School Nurses to rely on in my area. This blog is dedicated to all the Schools Nurses out there, new or experienced, and to those that provide us support and comfort in our times of need.
